By registering for an account or using the AdTree Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not access or use our services. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including Brands, Influencers, and Creators, and covers data collected through the website, platform features, and related communications.
Information We Collect We collect several types of information to provide and improve our services.

A. Information You Provide Directly Account Information: Name, email address, password, profile picture, and account type (Influencer, Creator, or Brand). Profile Information: For Influencers: Biography, social media handles, audience demographics, engagement metrics, content niches. For Creators: Service descriptions, portfolio samples, pricing information, skills, tools used, availability, past work examples, and other relevant details needed to offer services. For Brands: Company name, website, industry, company size, and description. Collaboration Details: Information you provide when creating or accepting a collaboration, including campaign briefs, deliverables, compensation details, and communication history. Financial Information: Payment information is provided directly to our payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers or bank account information. We only receive limited reference data such as the last four digits of a card. Communications: Records of messages exchanged with us or with other Users on the Platform. Certain profile information may be publicly visible to other Users depending on your account type and privacy settings, while other information remains private and accessible only to you and AdTree.

B. Information Collected Automatically Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Platform, such as pages viewed, features used, time and duration of activity, and search queries. Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and mobile network information. Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember preferences, analyze usage, and support marketing and advertising efforts.

Analytics Data: We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to gather insights into how the Platform is used.

C. Information from Third Parties Social Media Platforms: If you connect accounts such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, we may collect information permitted by your privacy settings (e.g., public profile, follower counts, post metrics). Service Providers: We may receive information from vendors assisting us in providing the Platform.

How We Use Your Information We use your information to: • Operate and maintain the Platform, including account creation and management. • Match Brands with relevant Influencers and Creators based on profile data, preferences, and activity. • Facilitate collaborations, communications, and transactions between Users. • Process payments securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. • Personalize content, recommendations, and opportunities shown to you. • Communicate important updates, service-related notices, and marketing messages (where permitted). • Analyze usage to improve Platform performance, features, and user experience. • Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect the safety of Users and the Platform. • Comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.
How We Share Your Information We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information as follows: With Other Users: Information on your public profile is visible to all Users. Collaboration details are shared only with Users involved in that collaboration. With Third-Party Service Providers: This includes Stripe for payment processing, as well as other vendors who assist in operating the Platform. These providers are obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide their services. Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or similar event, your data may be transferred. Legal Obligations and Safety: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AdTree, our Users, or the public. Payment Data: Full payment card information is never received or stored by AdTree and is handled exclusively by Stripe. With Marketplace Infrastructure Providers: We use third-party marketplace infrastructure providers, such as Sharetribe, to operate and support the Platform.
International Data Transfers Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries including the United States. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from yours. We take steps to ensure your data remains protected in accordance with this Policy.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, data portability, and opting out of marketing.
